Consultation:

After submitting your inquiry, I'll personally review your form and set up a discovery call or video chat so I know exactly what services your brand needs. From there, you can submit your order.

 

Strategy and Design:

This is where we begin working together, auditing, planning, conceptualizing, and designing your brand. This also included brand research and strategy, creating a mood board and color palette, and developing logo variations.

 

Delivery:

After finalizing everything and completing your branding, you'll receive all designs, documents, and collateral your brand needs.

  • Standard Turnaround Time: 4-6 weeks (weekends not included)

     ALL PROJECT TURN AROUND TIME ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DURING HIGH VOLUME & HOLIDAY SEASONS. Although design concepts and revisions might be received on these days, SXMLYCAS CO LLC does not work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or holidays.

    Any additional information needed to complete this order will be requested to be obtained in the next 2-3 business days. Please be sure to check your email.

  • Thank you for choosing our services. We strive to provide high-quality work and ensure client satisfaction. Please review our refund and returns policy below:

    • NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for graphic, web, or brand design services rendered. Once the project is initiated and payment is made, it is considered a final sale.
    • CLEAR COMMUNICATION: We believe in open and transparent communication throughout the design process. We encourage clients to provide detailed briefs and participate actively in the feedback and revision stages to ensure the final product meets their expectations.
    • DESIGN REVISIONS: We offer reasonable revisions based on the selected package or service. These revisions allow clients to request changes and adjustments to the initial design concepts provided. However, after the designated number of revisions (3) is exhausted, additional revisions may be subject to an extra fee of $25 each.
    • SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: We aim to deliver designs that align with your vision and requirements. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our work, we encourage you to communicate your concerns promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to address your feedback and make necessary revisions within the original project's scope. 
    • FILE DELIVERY: We will deliver the design files to you once the design work is completed and the final payment is made. It is essential to review the files thoroughly for any issues or discrepancies. Should you encounter any problems, please notify us within five (5) business days, and we will work to resolve them promptly.
    • ERRORS AND OMISSIONS: While we take great care to ensure accuracy, errors or omissions may occasionally occur. If you discover any errors in the final design files, please notify us within five (5) business days of receiving the files. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the errors promptly.
    • INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: Upon completing the project and receipt of the final payment, you will have full ownership of the approved design files. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, we retain the rights to showcase the completed work in our portfolio and on our social media accounts.
